VT Cica Mild Toner Pad is exfoliating and toning pads that assist with dead skin cell care texture while soothing and hydrating. Each pad contains BHA, melting away dead skin cells and skin impurities and keeping sebum levels in check. A blend of Centella Asiatica ingredients and a Hyaluronic Acid trio strengthens the moisture barrier, supplies hydration dry skin and soothes inflammation. The toner pad has a low pH formula, applying without any stickiness and leaving a refreshing finish, 

HOW TO USE:

Use pad after cleansing. Start with the embossed side and swipe across T-Zone or any areas needing exfoliating care. Use the soft side and gently swipe across the entire face avoiding eye and mouth area.
