I'm From Rice Toner

Volume: 150ml

This toner is made with 77.78% Rice Extract effective in elasticity care. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminate dead skin cells and provide luster and moisturization to rebalance dry and tired skin.

HOW TO USE:

1) Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.
2) After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and wipe off or press onto dry areas.

Tips

1) This is a dual layer toner consisting of a water layer and emulsion layer. Shake well before use.
2) Soak the toner with a cotton pad and use as a local mask on areas that need soothing.
